As Provost, I am privileged to lead a dedicated team helping students achieve their personal and academic goals.

Due to organizational restructuring, I recently experienced a layoff that has catalyzed my exploration of new horizons. My time at Southeastern was both challenging and rewarding. I am grateful for the experiences and relationships cultivated during my 7+ years.This transition has provided me with a unique opportunity to recalibrate, reassess, and realign my goals. With over two decades of expertise in research, analytics, data science, data visualization, and creativity, I am invigorated by the prospect of leveraging my skills in fresh and innovative ways. I am actively seeking positions, in or outside higher education, where I can collaborate with dynamic individuals and forward-thinking organizations to make a positive impact on this world.

I spearheaded a transformative shift in institutional decision-making by designing strategic dashboards, crafting compelling info-graphics, and delivering impactful reports. My initiatives not only elevated data accuracy but also fostered enhanced planning and increased efficiency through collaborative efforts with leadership.In the realm of academic insights, I provided historical analysis and real-time data that positively influenced overall student success. Information was used to inform the work of admissions, registration, enrollment, and financial aid, resulting in a marked boost in registration and return rates.My commitment to operational excellence was further evident in identifying budget savings and supporting accreditation efforts. This multifaceted approach underscores my dedication to ensuring both short-term wins and long-term success for the institution.• Founded a collaborative data users’ group, reducing errors and turnaround time, and instilling confidence in data accuracy through enhanced interdepartmental cooperation and streamlined coding processes.• Pioneered the launch of the E360 Enrollment App (Power BI), transforming decision-making processes and empowering multiple departments, including Enrollment Management, Registrar, Advising, and Student Financial Services, with real-time insights.• Led the development of an Academic ROI, resulting in revised policies, optimized resources, and identified budget savings of almost $3 million.• Created the RPG Initiative (Retention, Persistence, and Graduation), leveraging actionable data to inform student success efforts and achieving a 5% increase in retention for traditional students through strategic, data-driven initiatives.• Partnered with external services to compile a comprehensive dataset of 5,000 alums, offering valuable insights into career paths and skills and supporting multiple departments, including career services, academic advising, and accreditation efforts.
