I lead and performed most of the data migration from 200 different databases into one large schema. The number of records were in the millions and included Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Work Orders, and many historical transactions. in my role as Senior Business Analyst/Salesforce Consultant I was responsible for business requirements gathering, business analysis, Salesforce design and configuration as well as training. Because of my relationship building skills I am still a trusted advisor to several customers that I implemented during my time at Internet Creations.

In my role as Information Technology Architect / Certified Salesforce Developer I used Salesforce to replace existing systems and spreadsheets used to run the Sales and Customer Services functions. Being that Meridian EMR was a software company I created an complex product configuration and quoting system and used Cong Merge to deliver robust proposals to their prospective customers. I built a custom shipping solution to track hardware shipments along with other system components. I built a solution to manage their software maintenance records and provide automated quarterly billing.

Former driver turned team owner and manager. Competed in SCCA Regional and National events in the Formula Mazda class. Finished in 2nd place in the 2004 SCCA National Championship Runoff's with driver Glenn Bocchino. Competed at the professional level in the Star Mazda Championship. Finished in 2nd place in the 2007 Star Mazda Championship with Australian driver James Davison.

Chairman of Partners, a mentoring program for at risk youth as well as a senior partner (mentor). Program later became Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the YMCA. Did some public speaking as well as filmed a few television spots to raise awareness of the program. Participated in several fund raising efforts with the We Build People Campaign.Served on the YMCA technology committee with several other area technology leaders.1998 Recipient of the Volunteer of the Year Award for my work with the Technology Committee
