I have a very diverse set of skills that I've acquired over my professional life. I started my career in the US Army where I learned discipline, teamwork, and leadership. After the Army I went back to an old job I had in high school, Little Caesars, where I learned how to apply the skills I learned in the military to the civilian world. I quickly excelled to the second highest position in the organization. During that time I also learned the basics of business management, how to look at things from a business perspective, and how to make decisions with the interest of my customers, my employer, and my coworkers/staff at heart. After I left Little Caesars I decided to go into the trades. I picked plumbing for the plethora of opportunities it would afford. I started in new construction homes where I learned the basics of how buildings are built, general construction principals, and what is expected in a construction/plumbing company. During this time I decided I would try to advance my career academically, and I signed up for the NAHA plumbing class in Huntsville, Alabama that I am still attending. However, after working two residential construction jobs I felt that I had a good foundation of knowledge and decided to switch to the service industry where I am currently at. I hope to continue to learn more about plumbing, construction, home repair, and building maintenance throughout my career. My short term goals are to get my master license in plumbing and find a plumbing management position. My long term goals are to get into the property business.
