About Kenneth Ryant

With over 13+ years of experience working for one of the world’s largest hotel brands I have held many positions in leadership from Operations Supervisor, Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping Manager to Event Operations Manager. Outside of hospitality I have served as VP of Operations and Developer/Operations Manager where I have been able to utilize my expertise in corporate finance, business strategy, and account management. My work ethic is based on the feel of investment as opposed to obligation with an objective to always make a significant impact on business operations, financial results, and customer/vendor relationships. Being able to figure out ways to increase a company’s bottom line or streamline business processes is like a math equation and I thrive in finding the answers. I have always had a passion for math I love how its built on a foundation of facts where it’s either right or wrong, there are no grey areas and no room for error. It’s very simple yet complex and once you are able to get a firm hold of its concepts you are able to push the bounds towards infinite possibilities. My goal is to be part of a system that works fluently, operates effciently, and adapts to the challenges that arise; to lead the Vanguard of change.
