My team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing several tools used in the Supply Chain area at Newell. One tool we support is a CMMS named MicroMain Global. Here are some accomplishments related to MMG.* Re-organized the implementation process and added 11 sites in 2022.* Built a SharePoint site that consolidated all content about MMG in one place.* Built a Power BI report that consolidates data from all MMG tenants and allows people to view information about their KPIs. My team also supports tools to track and report OEE at Newell's manufacturing facilities. Here are some accomplishments related to the OEE tools.* Tracked down and fixed bugs in the OEE tool that were exaggerating the OEE numbers.* Organized training content into one SharePoint site.* Oversaw some major changes to the Power BI reports that will lead to better analysis of the causes of OEE loss.* Oversaw the development of a manual data entry tool in Ignition to collect OEE data and send it to PBI.

Clarios is our new company name after Johnson Controls sold our division to Brookfield Asset Management.Recently upgraded Maximo EAM to version 7.6.1. Upgraded all servers in a re-designed environment. Speed tests showed a 25% improvement. Implemented Maximo Anywhere. Built a test library in HP ALM. Updated training documentation. Moved interfaces from IBM EI to Mulesoft.Completed a project to cleanse item master data and implement a data governance process in Maximo EAM.

I am an analyst in JCI Power Solutions (PS) division's MES team supporting applications including: Epicor's Mattec MES, GE Proficy Shop Floor SPC, Historian and IGS, Teklynx Codesoft, IBM Maximo EAM, and several custom written C# applications. In addition to providing daily support for these applications, I work with my business partners, colleagues, and vendors to provide MES solutions that help people accomplish their goals. Developed extensive end-user and support documentation for all applications on the company Sharepoint site.Manage the Mattec MES program in the PS division. Responsible for the relationship with the vendor, Epicor. Architect the solution and ensure that the install base is the same at all plants. Develop additional functionality either with the vendor or on my own. Help resolve incidents as they arise. Provide training documentation.Manage the Maximo application and the Maximo support team. The team consists of one on-shore support person in the US, one in China, and four off-shore support people in India. Oversee the support process to resolve incidents and service requests within the SLA definitions. Manage enhancement requests and coordinate the entire SDLC process.Taught myself C# and developed several small applications to interface various systems. For example, one application reads data from tags in either RSLinx or IGS OPC and sends the data to Proficy Shop Floor SPC. Wrote several "watchdog" applications that check to make sure services are running on remote servers. If not, the application can automatically restart the service or reboot the server.Developed several Power BI reports. Data is extracted out of SQL server tables using a view I wrote to "de-normalize" data from several tables. Worked on a team to implement SAP at all Power Solutions plants in the Americas. I am working on the Plan to Deliver (PTD) team that covers forecasting, planning, production, shipping, receiving, quality, material data management, and plant maintenance. My focus is on planning and plant maintenance. The project is divided into several phases called: Blueprint, Realization, and Deployment. See the project section of my profile for details on my contributions to this project.Prior to the SAP project I was involved in various projects and initiatives.Provided support for and improved the Maximo Plant Maintenance program at Power Solutions.Supported Supply Chain Optimization efforts. Installed the Logility MP RCCP tool. Oversaw the implementation of several interfaces to move data from Mfg/Pro to Logility MP. Developed other enhancements in the operations area to help improve inventory accuracy.Supported Procurement projects and processes. Recent projects were related to creating or enhancing interfaces from the Mfg/Pro system to external systems such as EDI, Maximo, and eCounterline.Supported Operations projects and processes. Rolled out the Visual Decoration system at the Tampa plant. Visited several plants in support of operations. Performed on-site audits of inventory accuracy and best business practices. Helped with training and support in planning, procurement, sales, and manufacturing for both the Elevator and Material Handling Manage 2000 implementations.* Converted all data from Oracle to Manage 2000. This includes item, BOM, routings, customer, vendor, and transaction data. Converted all data from the Material Handling business' legacy ERP to Manage 2000.* Created a custom web solution to track and display the status of all data conversion elements. People could see the progress of each type of data including errors and issues encountered.* Managed the project to implement the Brake business in Toronto to Manage 2000. Converted data from the business' legacy ERP system (AccPac and Excel) to Manage 2000.* Managed the project to convert the Radio business in Chicago area to Manage 2000. Converted data from the business' JD Edwards system to Manage 2000.

Headed up the technical services team to support approximately 300 users and thirty-five sales reps. Managed changes due to a major downsizing plus several acquisitions that changed the structure and technology of the department.

Ensured that the agency was able to further its mission through technology by directing a seven person staff of programmers and technical support people.
