Proofreading medical documents used to determine disability compensation for veterans. I make sure there are no inaccuracies that could deny or deny benefits that America's service members deserve. Since July 2019 I have personally reviewed and corrected over 500 disability benefits reports.

In March I volunteered to join the El Paso County Democratic Party's newly formed Communications Committee. In this position I have crafted press releases used to communicate the Democratic Party's mission to the El Paso community.

I have been a member of Student Advertising Federation at the University of Texas at El Paso since 2016 and currently serve as its President. As President with Student Advertising Federation, I promoted the Federation to local small business community in El Paso while working on various campaigns with local businesses and non-profit organizations. Furthermore, I turned the club into a pipeline for the El Paso Advertising Federation and built relationships with local ad agencies and networked with professionals.

Worked as an Account Executive / Copywriter with UTEP Student Media and Publications, where I held concurrent responsibility for selling advertising space to local and national clients for print and online publications. I developed search engine optimization for online content exposure, strategically targeting local, regional, and national audiences. Additionally, I generated new leads and business development through cold calling, reviewing competitive titles, and market research.The following are highlights of my contributions to UTEP Student Media and Publications; ☛ Developed brand-specific native advertising copy for online publication and attracted new clients while extending efforts to increase the conversion rate. ☛ Successfully sold 100% of the native advertisements for online publications and generated new business through implementing innovative sale strategies.☛ Expanded the client base and delivered best-in-class client service by communicating in a professional manner, proactively resolving issues, and utilizing advanced account management techniques.
