During my internship at SDO 1 Pangasinan, my role encompassed several key responsibilities. I managed and optimized the network infrastructure, troubleshooted network issues, and actively participated in developing the Automated Leave Management System. I provided technical support, addressed hardware and software concerns, and maintained updated documentation.Collaboration and teamwork were vital, as I worked closely with colleagues and the IT Officer to meet project requirements and resolve network challenges. Security and error handling were integral, enhancing data protection and user experience.My internship honed problem-solving skills, fostered effective communication, and enabled me to continuously acquire technical knowledge. It was a diverse and enriching experience that contributed significantly to my professional growth.

as a student assistant at Pangasinan State University, I had a diverse range of responsibilities. I worked with Microsoft Azure for data management, handling tasks related to data storage and analysis. Additionally, I was involved in the administration of the Campus++ system, focusing on student enrollment and records management. Graphic design and layout design were also part of my role, where I created various visual materials for the university. Moreover, I managed institutional student accounts using Google Admin and played a role in networking tasks, including infrastructure setup and maintenance. This multifaceted experience allowed me to develop a wide array of skills in IT, data management, graphic design, and networking, which I find valuable for my academic and professional growth.
