We have 3 races in the Northern Virginia area that enables our neighbors to join efforts with local partners to create lasting impact on their communities! We created events that allowed runners and walkers to complete the race and pack meals for local, hungry children, families, and veterans. Prepare, train, and lead 200 Infantry Marines to operate and conduct close quarters combat in an austere, chaotic, uncertain, mentally challenging and physical demanding environments and conditions

Led an all-volunteer community service oriented organization of over 1,650+ college age students; Organized, developed and implemented community service projects and community relationship building events within the greater Annapolis, Baltimore and DC area • Created and led 12 multi-day community service and student outreach events across the United States on a budget of $80k, which increased the awareness of the Naval Academy• Assisted in the marketing and recruiting programs to include coordination of campus visit weekends for 1,800 students and a national recruiting blitz of 500 students• Managed and provided strategic guidance for 54 outreach programs, totaling over 50,000 community service hours resulting a 33% increase of outreach and efficiency through digital program enhancements

Served as the Infantry Operations Officer responsible for developing and leading all training and international operations for a 200 man close combat team to include maintain training qualifications and creating and implementing new programs using the latest technology and data analysis on personal and weapons performance• Coordinated and led disaster relief and cleanup efforts at Sendai Airport, 6 surrounding schools across 40 cross functional and multi-nation operations covering 4,000 miles to distribute 720 tons of relief supplies• Managed training for 27 U.S. military units composed of 7,025 personnel across 220 training days that resulted in 0 training accidents and 0 international incidents• Planned and led 3 helicopter missions in Haiti to deliver 20 tons of relief supplies and assess local damage• Planned and led 25 days of training with French Foreign Legion and Special Forces• Supervised the reorganization of the team’s $1.5 million weapons systems and gear from a paper tracking system to a computer organized and tracking system

Created, implemented and managed training for 210 close combat Marines in small to large size operations that required adaptability, innovation, problem solving cross functionally between the Navy, Army and Marine Corps• Led a team of 34 Marines in advising and training of a 600-man Iraqi military unit from self-run combat outpost with $5 million dollars of equipment increasing the units fighting effectiveness by 150%• Planned and led 5 large scale training exercises across 4 states, 2,000+ miles to prepare the Marines for certification for deployment with 0 training accidents and increased readiness of 33%• Planned and led 4 helicopter missions and a 210 Marine operation that integrated 7 additional supporting assets from jets to snipers to artillery increased the overall effectiveness by 100% and resulted in its Special Operations Capable certification • Led over 200 multi-national and service operations by coordinated the efforts of Marine, Navy, Army, Iraqi Police, Army and civilians that in resulted in $0 equipment lost, 0 Iraqi and US lives lost, while keeping the local area safe from insurgent bombings and attacks• Established a “trainer-the-trainer” program that integrated weapons, medical and admin procedures, live-fire ranges, employed intelligence cells and biometrics processing, which increased solider effectiveness by 75%
