My practice has continued to develop over the years to focus on determining the specific problems of my clients first, to then determine the most direct and efficient way of solving such problems. My particular approach is to attempt resolution through agreement before proceeding to expensive litigation. However, I recognize and advise clients that sometimes litigation is unavoidable due to unreasonable other parties, or when the client has simply been terribly wronged.My practice is focused on transnational work relating to business entity formation and administration, agreements among partners to business ventures, various types of asset sales and purchases, federal and state tax disputes, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, estate planning and probate.
