• Oversees and drives the process/methodology for the development of the packaging and go to market strategy for segment specific portfolios of plans and services. • Manages and oversee Business Analysts in driving feasibility and requirements for segment-specific initiatives; including product line management, portfolio positioning and on/off Exchange product strategy and delivery to markets. • Fully commands product development life cycle (PDLC) process. • Direct and manage team(s) to ensure rigor and discipline of PDLC process is applied in end to end process oversight. • Ensure PDLC framework is applied throughout end to end cycle refreshes for all segments of business.• Oversee creation, development and maintenance of project artifacts to support development and implementation efforts. • Oversee team activities to ensure product integrity is maintained and consistency is achieved across all product lines and product families. Ensure requirement scalability and continuity is achieved. • Oversee and drive activities to ensure product business analysts are accountable for end to end integrity and ongoing evolution of assigned product requirements and traceability back to the strategy. • Continuous process improvement, identifying people, process and/or technology requirements for execution of solutions. • Forge strong partnerships with key stakeholder partners to ensure internal and external inputs are considered in portfolio cycle strategy development. • Oversee due diligence and requirement analysis required for roadmap creation, scope and execution for enhancements and/or product cycle refresh initiatives. • Direct teams to seek solutions to improve efficiencies and product capabilities. • Develop goals, objectives and actions plans for department, teams and individuals. • Has full management responsibility for the hiring, performance reviews, salary reviews and disciplinary matters for direct reporting employees.
