DEALS I have an interest in all Deals but particularly in Deals that involve any restructuring, require re-financing or fresh capital. In recent years, I have been fortunate to have been involved in deals across nearly all sectors including hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, food & agri, retail and construction.CLIENTS With 20 years professional experience, I work with many of the leading banking and financial services companies in Ireland, advising on formal restructuring, real estate assignments including financial monitor roles and independent business reviews. Additionally, I work directly with domestic businesses assisting them raising capital and investment, dealing with crisis situations and financial distress and providing general financial advisory services. REAL ESTATE In PwC, I sit on the local PwC Real Estate team leading a property management platform for FS clients which has included the management and disposal of over 5,000+ real estate assets in the past five years. While on a lengthy secondment with a large international bank in Ireland, directly advised on case management strategies for a corporate real estate portfolio in excess of €1bn.RESTRUCTURING Frequently advise both lenders and debtors in complex restructuring negotiations, both in terms of debt restructuring, turnaround & workout strategies and re-financing options. Regularly lecture for Chartered Accountants Ireland, including Diploma in Insolvency and Diploma in Corporate Finance.
