Radiant Alliance is a network of nonprofit companies joining CareSource to provide health and human services to support managed Medicaid members in Ohio and beyond.

Started joint venture hospice program with Ohio's Hospice in 2019 that has evolved into a new partnership bringing UCH into the CareSource family of companies. Enacted strategic partnership with for profit development company to spur LIHTC and market rate development. Led development of growth program resulting in 8 acquisitions completed in 2015-2019, adding over 700 units. Expanded management services portfolio with addition of Friendship Village of Columbus in 2015, Uplands Village in 2017, and Columbus Colony for Extended Care in 2020. Completed revitalization of corporate communications and marketing program resulting in increased SNF occupancy from 84% to 90%. Initiated centralization of human resources and implemented e-purchasing. Improved CMS Five Star quality ratings performance for all 13 health care facilities. Four facilities achieved Silver Quality Awards from AHCA. Initiated risk management training and culture of safety program. Completed installation of IT systems for clinical and operational integration. Led new program to define mission, vision, and core values. Initiated post acute bundled payment demonstration program started in 2015. The portfolio includes 11 owned senior communities and SNF/AL facilities, 52 owned HUD 202/811 sites, and 11 managed communities in 14 states and on 2 Native American reservations.
