• Responsibilities same as above.• August 2012 – November 2012 covered vacant position for HR and ADP payroll for the facility. Once position was filled was designated backup.• August 2012 – July 2013 was involved directly with facility production with Plant Superintendent for 10 months while Plant Manager Position was vacant.Achievements at JM:• Created an Environmental filing system for Johns Manville that has been implemented company wide. • Decreased the average decibel levels at the JM Plattsburgh facility from 85 to 77dB through noise reduction efforts.• Participated in the division wide development of the environmental training for 2012.• Implemented a 6-S program, creating a culture change and promoting a more organized and safer environment for the employees.• Continued the plant record of Zero Lost Time Injuries celebrating 10 years in July 2014.• Lead the Johns Manville plant to achieve a goal of one year with zero recordable injuries in August 2013.• Successfully implemented a community based Root Cause Corrective Action. This allowed for a much larger knowledge base to provide input to root cause analysis.
