Cyber Readiness Analyst
Current• Assist with the development and continuous updates of AIG's cloud based alternate communications platform for communication, file sharing, and other workspace applications. - Complete defensible baseline configuration and onboarded select individuals - Connect with other SMEs who leads implementation of other virtual desktops in Microsoft Azure and ensure our configurations are in line and secured - Conduct small exercises that assesses the activation process of the platform• Support and manage Cyber Range efforts and maintenance along with various exercises which includes cyber range drills, table top exercises, challenges and other simulations - Assist with planning, developing, and executing live exercises in our simulated network to define opportunities and deficiencies - Ensure platform health is predictable and reliable by testing various tools on the range - Troubleshoot problems and made sure each tool on the range was able to work efficiently - Enhance our Cyber Range tools by updates to keep within standards of the production network - Made sure the SIEM tool is ingesting and presenting correct data per requirements - Met with SMEs to address issues and communicate exercise requirements• Assist in phishing operations/ resistance program that tests the entire workforce - Perform checks on our campaigns to ensure the most accurate metrics were delivered by identifying false positives and managing them accordingly - Assess learning and awareness needs of our workforce to better help increase the ability to spot a phishing email - Manage responses in shared phishing mailbox - Whitelist confirmed IP addresses per requirements
