Hudson Yards Tower C: New York – KPF Architects Technical reviewer, supporting the New York team with structural engineering and specifications for a 60m tall glazed cable-net atrium and unitized curtain wall system. Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium: Al Ain – Broadway Malyan / Pattern Architects Façade Project coordinator leading a team of five, delivering façade engineering services for a sports complex that includes a 25,000-seat stadium with a structural steel diagrid, a sports center, hotel, and an office development. King Abdullah Financial District: Saudi Arabia – Henning Larsen Architects Façade Project engineer offering engineering calculation support and specifications to American Standards for three tall buildings of mixed use clad in stone, aluminium, glass and stainless steel as well as a museum clad in glass reinforced polymer panels. The irregular angle building in Victoria Street consists of high performance façades, which include novel shading strategies and large format structural glazing. Four Seasons Hotel: Abu Dhabi – PLP Architecture Façade Project Engineer offering detailing, engineering support and façade performance criteria for a hotel and residential tower clad in a glazed aluminium façade with external terracotta shading. Scope included structural steelwork design for large external glazed canopies and the tower roof crown structure.

Employed initially as a Façade Design Engineer progressing to Senior Façade Engineer. Work included the co-ordination of project teams, development of fee proposals, scheduling of work, tracking of billing schedules and expense monitoring under the supervision of a director. Working on a range of projects including: BBC West One: London W1 – Sheppard Robson Architects Project Engineer on the redevelopment of the BBC main broadcasting house co-ordinating the work of three engineers and liaising directly with the architect and contractors. The commercial building is clad in glazed curtain walling, precast concrete, hand-set stone, double skin façades, and a glazed atrium roof. Canary Wharf DS3 West: London E14 – KPF Architects / Adamson Associates Façade Engineer performing a due diligence role for the building occupier, KPMG, monitoring the design of the aluminium curtain walling and steel and glass atria. National Holdings HQ: Abu Dhabi – Zaha Hadid Architects Façade Engineer for the façade structure with complex geometry and a ventilated double skin façade in glass and steel, undertaking detailing and structural design. Main duties over a range of projects included: - Design development of façade options and detailing, including performance requirements, hand sketches and CAD drawings of critical interfaces in close collaboration with the Architect and design team. - Detailed structural calculations for projects requiring design responsibility. - Thermal analysis to assess overall U-values and condensation risk. - Wind Engineering with direct involvement in Wind Tunnel testing. - Preparation of project specifications and updates to Master Specifications. - Specification and witnessing of structural and weather tightness testing. - Tender appraisals, co-ordination of sub-contractors, commenting to detailed drawings and reports, site inspections. Development of a Technical Library and calculation spreadsheets.
