SIMOPS, ISSOW & SWMS• Purge regen pumps and drain ready for isolations • Close and open sequence valves for LNG export to vessel. Hook up of loading arms for LNG export• Follow process work instructions to restart equipment• Conduct operator routine duties. Assist production coordinator’s • Conduct 3 monthly fire equipment inspections to ensure correct operation.

• Fault find, repair and maintain equipment• Dismantle and inspect components and adjust and repair them as necessary• Maintain registers, complete reports • Supervise work crews to meet time critical shutdown and routine maintenance tasks whilst maintaining an exceptional safety record both onshore and offshore • Shutdown plant and equipment. Turbine repairs • Assist with isolations in preparation for maintenance • Drain Vessel contents into ISO prior to Isolations • Assist with Positive (blind and spade) isolations for CSE entry • Heat exchanges (tube and plate as well as plate fin exchanges) generators & compressors • Hydraulic experience (circuit building, repair test rigs, hydraulic ram repairs, hydraulic machinery repairs) • Gear boxes (planetary, sliding mesh, constant mesh, synchromesh) Crane gear boxes • CSE internal disassembly’s (cable trays, demister pads, man way baffles) isolation's/ de isolations of plant• Needle valves, check valves, ball valves and knife valve repairing. Flange face machining • UHP Water blaster pump rebuilds.
