I create different design collateral for the organization. Included in that: annual reports, handbooks, handouts/flyers, web-based banners, buttons, stickers, printed banners, save-the-date mailers, sponsorship packages.

Helped out on-and-off over the past four years at this t-shirt/promotional screen-printing shop in my spare time, which is owned and run by a friend of mine. The list of different tasks I've done includes printing shirts, boxing shirts, counting/sorting/organizing orders, sorting artwork/decals, de-taping/burning/washing/cleaning print screens, and washing/cleaning machinery.

Answered phone calls and took customer orders over the phone,email, and in-store. Handled various printing jobs both handed down to me or received over the phone which included blueprints, specification booklets, posters, and photographs among others. Handled making the daily bank deposit delivery, as well as on many occasions making product order deliveries to multiple different customers and businesses. Did various levels of picture-framing, foam core mounting, and canvas stretching. Manipulated and edited photos/artwork to ready them for printing.

Was one of two Co-Presidents who oversaw the rest of the executive board members. Rolled all of the duties of the previously-held position of VP of Publicity (details below) into this one. Ran meetings, delegated duties, oversaw/managed the organization's budget. Also in charge of helping configure the executive board for the next upcoming year, including interviewing and hiring them.

In charge of coming up with the ideas for and creating the publicity for the organization's 40+ yearly events. For each event a poster was created to be put up in multiple areas of campus. On top of that, tasked with being in charge of all social media for the organization and expected to keep it updated regularly (mostly consisted of Facebook, but also included YouTube and occasionally Twitter). For events that required extra publicity, worked alongside whichever VP were in charge of the upcoming event to create specialized idea for that event.
