Oversee GLF’s growth and expansion strategy, partnerships, marketing/sales, and major customer/government relations. President and lead strategist for Crossborder Group, a US-Mexico focused business advisory and market research consulting firm that specialized in transportation, supply chain/manufacturing strategies, site selection analysis, and border industrial/economic research. • Grew and managed a US- and Mexico-based operation with up to 10 staff in two offices (San Diego and Tijuana), as well as dozens of subcontractors. • Oversaw all marketing, proposal development, contract negotiations, and execution of over 200 consulting projects for business and governmental clients. • Managed multiple projects that required data collection, survey and analytical teams that processed over 1 million data points for transportation- and/or market studies. • Responsible for all aspects of the firm, including sales, project management and planning, data analysis, client-relations, finance, administration, and digital marketing. • Worked throughout Mexico’s major industrial states, the Southwest US, and at 22 US-Mexico and US-Canada border crossings for clientele from the U.S., Mexico, China, and Europe.
