Construction Project Manager, Alltel Turnkey Program, AT&T Alltel December 2014 – May 2015Collaborated with market teams to create and customize audit process for more than 1,300 sites. Directed site-level audits with each affected market to action PO and hardware recovery. Helped gain business unit more than $1.5 million in untracked services. Recovered more than $400,000 in untracked materials. Project Manager, COP/Site Acceptance, T-Mobile NorCal January 2014 – September 2014Directed daily COP/site acceptance activities for T-Mobile Modernization project. Reported to senior management and executive leadership daily via conference calls and written documentation (Excel and Word). Reduced close out backlogs in San Francisco and Hawaii markets from more than 90% to less than 10%; reduced Sacramento backlogs to less than 5%. Submitted close to 2,000 sites to T-Mobile with nearly 100% gaining acceptance on first pass. Received 100% positive feedback as manager of customer relations for COP/site acceptance program.Project Manager, T-Mobile Modernization FOA, Las Vegas May 2013 – December 2013Led construction and integration activities for Las Vegas T-Mobile Modernization FOA. Developed and launched modernization program that was adopted for nationwide use. Launched and directed integration of first Ericsson AIR system in North America.Project Manager Implementation, Metro PCS, Sacramento, CA August 2012 – February 2013Managed integration/implementation activities, including scheduling, progress tracking, and trouble resolution, for Metro PCS LTE project. Directed installation and integration operations with focus on timeline management and change control.  Completed more than 1,000 7705 ALU and UMTS 2C/3C site-integration operations ahead of schedule. Received consistently positive customer feedback while managing several concurrent projects. Created ASP/SP (service provider) and roll-up reporting processes for delivering data to executive stakeholders.

Directed field installation and integration teams with emphasis on project deadlines and quality control. Completed implementation and integration of over 300 sites. Led daily roll up reporting and weekly stakeholder conferences. Led daily meetings with customer’s senior management and executive stakeholders to deliver project/resource status reports. Hand-selected by Executive team to get project back on track and improve relations with customer.  Designed and implemented process for daily scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Sourced, selected, and directed subcontractors during rooftop cell-site construction.Project Manager/Site Acquisition Manager, T-Mobile, Denver CO MAY 2007 – May 2008Managed daily operations and install of more than 370 sites during Denver UMTS project. Sourced, negotiated with, and awarded contracts to local vendors to accelerate site acquisition and construction. Reduced site-acquisition backlog from several months to weeks. Built positive relationship with customer after reducing project timeline by half and considerably expanding project scope.
