Recruiter/Consultant for a contingency placement agency specializing in manufacturing management. Joined the company as a consultant to ease the transition for the new owner. Performed duties similar to those described below, including sourcing applicants through cold call recruiting, referrals, references, job boards, etc. Screened candidates for suitability; set up phone as well as face to face interviews, assisted in salary negotiations, performed reference checking, and lent expertise when negotiations stalled.
