Duties include conduct/facilitate/participate in the research, design, development, and testing of COTS or custom hardware and/or other electrical components. Develops designs for the installation of components and assemblies into chassis, racks, cabinets,workstations, customer facilities, and/or shelters. Plans, directs, reviews and coordinates preparation of project documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met. Prepares specifications, evaluates vendors, and analyzes test reports.

Oconus

Operates the Persistent Threat Detection System (PTDS), an aerostat mounted Intelligence, Surveillance, And Reconnaissance (ISR) platform, its Mobile Mooring Platform (MMP), Sensor Payload(s), communications (HARC, SINCGAR,UHF) and navigations systems as well as associated support equipment (Boom Lift, Forklift, ECU's, ATV's, and Electrical Power Generators). User-level maintenance functions include performing user-level maintenance such as Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI), troubleshooting, removing and replacing Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), and removing and replacing payloads. Additional responsibilities including performing analyzes of system operations. Maintains fault detection, isolation, and correction of hardware systems and individual components. Completes all routine system maintenance and analysis functions including: hardware configurations; adding, removing and replacing hardware components; use of hardware and software diagnostic testing tools; reading of electronic circuit schematics; and repairing printed circuit boards. Replace repair or change PLC’s, IFL’s, Ethernet cabling, Fiber and Fiber splicing, RF Cabling, and Serial Cabling.Supporting the War Fighter

Mr. Taylor is the owner of FLV Data Communications, a small company with a primary focus on ground fixed and mobile satellite, wireless installation and service and network integration. His company contracts include large, medium, and small businesses. Kenn has a full service, hands on company for Satellite, wireless, and network surveys, installations, and maintenance for international and national area; and ensured installation efficiency by conducting pre-installation surveys and quality assurance. He controlled inventory and maintained equipment and ensured personnel adherence to all safety practices and professionalism. Mr. Taylor as worked on seven continents.

Bakken Asset

Provides support for the construction and operations teams for the Bakken assets. Interfaces with production engineers, production supervisors, facility engineers, field operators, and field technicians to optimize Wonderware and data interfaces throughout the Asset. Will work with the Houston SCADA Team to maintain SCADA Standardization Compliance. Will communicated between engineering staff, field operators, and other team members to meet production data goals.

Afghanistan

Team Leader for Key Accounts. Lead a team of Field Engineers in installs and service for the South West Asia area of operations for our clients. The teams primary mission is in support of the War Fighter.

Trained over 100 engineers in VSAT's for deployment on a government contract for Proactive Communications.Currently operating in a Forward Area downrange providing Satellite services to the War Fighter. Secret Clearance (Active)

Mr. Taylor has been contracted by Raytheon Polar Services. He is the Satellite Communications Engineer at the South Pole Station, Antarctica. His duties include NOC operations and maintenance of a nine meter GOES tracking satellite and a four meter TDRSS (NASA) tracking satellite for Raytheon’s customer the National Science Foundation.

Mr. Taylor was in Radiology for the U.S. Air Force. He began as a Radiology technician, responsible for the care of patients in his department. He continued his Air Force career in Radiology as a field operator depolying when needed. His responsibilities included all radiology requirements and other duties. Mr. Taylor served in Europe, Asia, and the US.
