• Responsible for teams of up to 40 people in house, and assist in the oversight of additional members at offsite facilities across US, Guatemala, and Dominican Republic • Planning and prioritizing team goals, and work flow for the day. Adjusting to staff changes, new company promotions, and technical issues• Provide support to agents in LiveChat, Phone Calls, and Email systems ensuring quality and overall standards are met• Work closely with other leadership to increase efficiency, morale, and consistent knowledge across the board• Develop training materials and implement proper escalation patterns• Manage reports for refunds, order issues, delays, new order inquiries, and mobile app support• Assist in website and social media accurate visibility, providing updates to Marketing regarding code errors, customer inquiries, and browser issues• Serve as senior in house point of contact for four product lines, and trained additional staff on Adobe Creative Suite to assist in development of product design
