Reliability and Inspection Engineering: Searched process units to locate and update Inspection database for long bolt flanges, pressure safety relief valves, transmitters, analyzers and switches in support of the Mechanical Integrity program of the refinery. Turnaround Engineering: Created an in house data base within Plant Condition Management Software (PCMS) so all fixed equipment construction documents were available in one database.Conducted boroscope and Infrared Readings on vessels, pipes and valves.
