As the North America Returns Manager I am tasked with working across functions to build and improve end-to-end journeys for digital-orders-returned-in-store (DORIS) and re-sell operations. I focus on enhancing convenience for our digital consumer while improving speed across return and re-sell journeyI also lead strategy, manage workstreams and updates, develop reporting, compile investment asks and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery in order to better serve consumers in their omni-channel experience.

The Academy is a one-year leadership development program for 6 senior leaders from North America Nike stores that culminates in a WHQ role. In the Academy, participants have three rotations within various functions of the North America Nike Direct business operating at an individual contributor manager level.
