The Donor Recognition Senior Associate maintains ownership over all aspects of the donor recognition program including all existing and future capital projects, developing strategies, creating standard operating procedures, and making recommendations for process improvements.Reporting to the Director of Donor Experience, the Donor Recognition Senior Associate is expected to operate with an elevated level of autonomy. He/she is required to have a high degree of organization, attention to detail, critical thinking and analytical skills.
