Brainstormed, iterated and designed a card system for users to collect and apply alongside their stakes for a sense of progression throughout their user journey.Designed and implemented a revamped match lounge experience where users can interact with one another while experiencing the sports they love in real time and staking more and more as the sport they watched progress to its final minutes. Boosted the core gameplay action, staking, by 25%.Iterated upon the existing shop UI for the app and designed a more user friendly shop UI that allows for easy plug-in and plug-out bundles while also introducing a hard currency to the app allowing for users to collect and use alongside the card collection system. As a result ARPDAU increased to 0.04 from 0.02.
