My job entails working with users to handle day-to-day IT operational mishaps and to assist senior IT management with IT infrastructure as needed. This includes:• Working with over 350 local users and additional remote users in the North East Region to assess their current IT problems and taking the necessary steps to fix them with emphasis on minimizing downtime.• Imaging and deploying new computer equipment to users.• Managing users and computers in Active Directory.• Managing network resources for three regional offices.• Testing new software prior to deployment.• Provide on-site IT orientation to new users and one-on-one training on software use, account use, and personal hardware for users.

My job entails maintaining and improving the current IT related services utilized at Video Games Etc to increase efficiency while depreciating cost. This includes:• High level IT project management• Manage a small team of employees to handle Video Games Etc IT needs• Point of contact for Video Games Etc in relation to outside IT companies• Control Finance in regards to IS work• Deployment and testing of point of sale related hardware and software• Manage point of sale operations and servers for 6 retail locations• Over the phone and on site troubleshooting for company computers

My job entailed assisting the network administrator in various IT tasks and also assisting the software team updating outdated database calls in software. This includes: • Standard help desk monitoring• Purchasing and planning different device placement to increase efficiency• Networking servers, computers, and various other devices to work on physical and virtual networks• Upgrading current Access databases to SQL databases and modifying existing programs in VB to implement the change.• Writing VB reports to access information for different departments• All other IT jobs as needed and delegated
