*Assist CEO/President in implementation of organizational policies, goals, program initiatives and marketing campaigns.*Provide supervision, guidance, and evaluation of Club Directors and part-time staff members. *Assist in submitting in-service training awards.*As required, work at Club sites in positions that are open due to sickness, vacation or vacancies.*Conduct weekly staff meetings.*Train new hires. Implement and schedule training's for current employees.*Recruit, interview and hire for open positions.*Manage & Supervise all Club operational issues involving personnel, programs, transportation and facilities.*Monitor & track completion of all program performance standards (quarterly, monthly, and annual evaluation).*Coordinate and organize all activities involving multiple Club locations. (camps, special events, Keystone Club etc.)*Submit state, and national Program honor awards*Collect, compile, and approve equipment and supply lists from all Cub Directors.*Review all orders with CEO/President before completing orders and purchases. Sort and ensure delivery.*Coordinate vehicle schedules for organization.*Insure vehicles receive proper maintenance and inspections.*Along with operations committee complete building and vehicle inspections twice a year to develop list of needed repairs or equipment that needs replacement.*Oversee grant funded programs and submit reports as well as assistance with the budget. HHS, Housing Authority, OJJP, United Way, CACFP, Backpack Program, JCPC, CDBG*Serve on BGCNC Leadership Team, Kiwanis Club (board member), United Way African American Initiative.*Serve as a Loaned Executive for United Way of Greater High Point.*Completion of Project Board Development Program by United Way.*Volunteer Recognition, recruitment, orientation and background checks.*Assist with special events: Stake & Burger, Golf Tournament, NY Raffle, Kids Count, etc..*Assist the Grant Writer with writing grants for club programs.

*Club had Youth of Year for our organization for year 2012, 2013, 2015*Managed 5 staff during the school year and 7 staff during the summer*Raised $1500.00 for club supplies and other items through a Motorcycle Benefit Ride*Successfully Completing Level 1: Foundation*Maintaining collaborative partnerships and public relations with outside agencies*Recruitment, selection, supervised, trained and evaluate all staff and volunteers*Agency received 2013 Honor Award for Program Excellence in the area of Education &*Career Development for the summer reading program, Reading Eggs *Agency received North Carolina 2012 Honor Awards for Program Excellence for program in the Sports, Fitness & Recreation*Agency received North Carolina 2009 Honor Awards for Program Excellence in Health and Life Skills*Agency received two North Carolina 2008 Honor Awards for Program Excellence in overall Character and Leadership Development*Participated in the 2013 Southeast Leadership Conference training in Memphis, TN*Participated in the 2014 Southeast Leadership Conference training in Daytona Beach, FL*Participated in the NC All Staff Training 2010-2015
