Main Objectives:- Ensure timely support for issues escalation from manufacturing floor and field.- Be the contact person for issues and enhancement features and ensure quality and timeline project specification review.- Manage and build Software Product Improvement team.- Ensure close collaboration with other departments, i.e., project management, sales, engineering, etc. on production activities, resource arrangement and escalation.- Ensure excellent machine software quality for each software release within the agreed timeline.
