I am a Project Manager within the supply c hain managing the production of development avionic equipment for aircraft build. I manage projects across different platforms, reporting to programme managers across the business.

The job role involved conducting in-depth Quality investigations within the Supply chain to establish root cause, corrective and preventative actions against nominated critical equipment’s and parts mainly being Avionic equipment. building relationships with Suppliers, creating & maintaining continual improvement plans for the Supplier to achieve a satisfactory and stable DSA rating

I worked on shift in Pyrometry for 6 years and I used to lone work until 10pm on late shift, juggling my routine calibrations and any problems that arose in the departments that the Pyrometry department supported such as DCC, Strain Gauge, Mat Lab, Paint shop and the build line Supporting Autoclave breakdowns, Heated Press Breakdowns.I was responsible for manufacturing test equipment for heat processes, this included advising Mechanical Engineers with the design of the tool for which will be heated up to cure composite components. I was responsible for building, wiring and maintaining cabinets, boxes, wiring harnesses which are all utilised for controlling the output of electrical current to heat up the tool/equipment

I was an electrical Apprentice from 2006 - 2010 and worked alongside a skilled man, i was responsible for electrical installations, fault finding, repair & general electrical maintenance
