I helped launch O.school, a health and wellness website centering women and non-binary. In my role, I architected and built a streaming video application for health educators across the country to lead interactive classes. The mobile friendly application included chat capabilities with real-time moderation and archival playback.

I cofounded PlanGrid, where we introduced mobile technology and machine learning to the second largest industry in the world– construction. While leading product development for 4.5 years, I grew the engineering team to 75, helped raise $85m+ in venture capital (from Sequoia, YC, others), and created a product more loved than Dropbox and Gmail. Architect and lead engineer for high-frequency trading systems. I consulted for some of Chicago's largest derivatives exchanges and architected the trading platforms for several finance start-ups, including the Chicago Climate Exchange and Eris Exchange.I led engineering teams to build a variety of platforms including low latency order routing, market data connectivity, back-office trade reporting, and real-time web trading platforms.
