• Maintains accurate and complete information for the Malden Public Schools in the student and administrative databases for the purpose of insuring accuracy of reporting attendance, report cards, interim progress reports, registration, withdrawal of students, transcripts, schedules, honor roll, and forecasting• Provide technical assistance to school and district personnel on the reporting of student data, student scheduling and educator information.• Provide direct training to district staff for all data collection applications and upcoming changes.• Manage DESE Security Portal• Provide technical assistance to school and district personnel on DESE data collection/security portal applications, such as Edwin Analytics, SSR, MSR, Publish Manager, Graduation Rates, Dropout Reports and Drop Box Central• Assist with reviewing the accuracy and comprehensiveness of information collected through SIMS, SCS and EPIMS reports.• Maintain Aspen user accounts and security roles• Provide technical support for data systems• Promoting Single Sign-On, streamline user login through Clever • Enter, compile, and update confidential district data and data systems as necessary• Ensure data integrity by complying with district and state data-dictionary standards and performing routine data verification activities.• Research and revolve errors pertaining to student and staff data in multiple district applications.• Create instruction guides regarding data collection, maintenance and reporting• Modify and create custom reports/queries/procedure/import/export as needed for Aspen X2• Ensure student, staff, and class data flow smoothly to various educational and assessment online applications such as iReady, IXL, TCI, Frontline, Clever, Eureka Math, etc.

• Maintains accurate and complete information for the Billerica Public Schools in the student and administrative databases for the purpose of insuring accuracy of reporting attendance, report cards, interim progress reports, registration, withdrawal of students, transcripts, schedules, honor roll, and forecasting.• Ensure data integrity by complying with district and state data-dictionary standards and performing routine data verification activities• Research and resolve errors pertaining to student and staff data in multiple district applications• Participate in setup, completion and implementation of District policy and procedures related to data entry to optimize data integrity• Communicate with District administrators, teachers, and staff to verify data and compile reports before submission• Modify and create custom reports/queries as needed using Aspen X2• Prepare standardized test data for analysis, reporting and presentation.• Provide staff with data/information to assist them in the performance of their responsibilities.• Articulate and document district data systems, timelines and deadlines• Partner with school data teams to support each school’s interim assessment protocols, analyze data, and support curriculum coordinators and school leaders to identify strengths, areas for improvement in order to inform decision making• Conduct statistical analysis of student achievement data (DDMs) and school information and maintain data warehouse of all student assessment scores

• System Administrator of Aspen X2 web application. Duties involves account creation, roles management, schedule building for teachers and students, monitoring data flow ensuring data integrity. Preparing data for various reports, including State Reports such as Student Information Management System (SIMS), Student Course Schedule (SCS), Education Personnel Information Management System (EPIMS), School Safety Discipline Report (SSDR), and Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC).• Data exporting and importing for our and other systems. Manipulating data to satisfy our and other system data structures.• Analytic report constructing for administrators and staff upon requests.
