- Provide 7 x 24 support services for TV Traffic system and in house developed applications - Act as the contact point for TV Traffic System and in house developed applications support for logging business/user reporting requests, tracking reporting changes and performing unit testing and user acceptance testing on those reports and queries. - Application and system compliance - Report design and development in function, layout and security aspects. - Provide ad hoc query & reporting, participate in application design and quality assurance testing to support the business and project needs.- Work independently for support operations and on projects of moderate size/critical, and under the guidance of Senior Analysts or Management for large size/ extremely high profile projects.- Work closely with Functional & Business Systems Team to provide daily operational support.- Conduct and provide system training, preparation of training documentations.- Project Management in company internal projects.- Share point site administration and maintenance - Vendor management- Act as a Business Analyst in company large scare project. Involved in creating system and functional specifications, define work flow with users, writing of test cases and test plan, system testing and project management/administration and vendor management, handle system version upgrade and bug fix release management to the new system, perform User acceptance test before the system upgrade or bug fix release.
