I have worked in pactera for 3 years, Responsible for all PMO businesses in Europe and the United States business group in Beijing.The security, quality, process, risk, training, audit is my key work, I need to communicate usually with leadership, business layer and sales for this. I offen go to every site and Field visits the various problems in project, take all resources to assist the project team will affect the problem down to the lowest, training to PM and key person of team and I have also conducted systematic training for whole staff. Moreover, I always deal lots of cases from VP and director, such as management scheme of information sharing platform, the interface of Supplier collaboration, internal Resource allocation, System deployment, healthy indicator, draw up and publish process.
