I am driven to provide a premium education to learners with individualized education plans. This year, I will purposefully deliver Special Education services in Specialized Academic Instruction, as well as Co-Taught, settings. I have been employed with Moorpark Unified School District since 2020, beginning the 2020-2021 school year with a distance learning approach for individuals receiving Special Education services, and concluding that same year in a blended learning environment. Since then, I’ve done my best to make the most of numerous opportunities to work for and alongside highly skilled professionals in the field of in-person education in a public school setting.I have always had a passion for the teaching process thanks to the guidance of numerous outstanding mentors in the fields of ABA and Special Education. My formal training includes extensive experience in online and traditional teaching methods, curriculum, EdTech, as well as BIP and IEP compliance, creation, and implementation. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, as well as my Education Specialist Teaching Credential, from California State University Channel Islands. I received a Clear Education Specialist Credential through Ventura County's Induction program. I love what I do, and I look forward to making positive impacts through the power of education in our communities for years to come.
