Kehinde Adedeji (also called Kenny), is a result-oriented individual with more than a decade and half hands-on experience in business development, digital banking products development and customer service experience within the financial services industry. I have demonstrated extreme proficiency in sales and marketing, product development and management, service quality control and assurance, complaint management and resolution, contact centre administration, customer lifecycle management, credit analysis and evaluation, retail, SME and commercial banking.In 2016, I was selected as one of the 13 top member of staff at Wema Bank Plc to build the first ever digital bank in Nigeria - ALATbyWema. This was done in partnership with the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company. I championed the workplace banking initiative where ALAT was sold to staff of corporate clients resulting to 4800 new customers onboarded within 3months of post-implementation. I was also part of the team that onboarded over 500,000 new customers to the bank via the App within 1year of launch against a projection of 350,000.I am an active member of the Junior Chamber International which has helped me discover my love and compassion for humanity through active participation at various JCI and non-Jaycees community projects. This energy and passion I have extended to my workplace as well, taking up different project roles and adhoc assignments as an active member of the Wema Women Network and volunteering with the Wema Purple Academy. I am also a member of Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy (OLCA) and volunteered for two years at Junior Achievement of Nigeria (JAN) offering financial literacy trainings to secondary students and other audiences as indicated by the organization.
