Assisting in teaching students proper marching and visual techniques in preparation for fall season. Other duties involved assisting with drum major training and music instruction when needed.

During my time at Dukes, I trained as a switchboard operator and registration clerk (inpatient/outpatient and emergency room). At one point, I was also the switchboard team leader. Duties included answering and routing calls, paging physicians and other personnel, greeting and registering patients, processing insurance information, and other clerical duties.
