As a principal consultant for PwC Management Consulting Services (PwC MCS), I worked as manager, business analyst and programmer in information systems for Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences companies. I participated as a member of several projects teams, implementing leveraged software and enterprise resource planning systems for. As a member of project teams, I had the opportunity to participate in all stages of a project life cycle including analysis, design, construction, data conversion, unit & system testing, software version control, end-user training and final implementation. I was a recognized thought leader within the firm's global program and investment on enterprise portal technology & BI delivery concepts as well as development and implementation of business-to-employee (B2E) solutions and iAnalytics solutions. Lead engagements that included Global IT Strategy and contribution of content into the book, A Thousand Tribes: How Technology Unites People in Great Companies.

I had sales and delivery responsibilities on several large data warehousing engagements with three Fortune 500 companies in the Pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities including: leading engagement delivery teams on BI / DW projects, participating in the sales cycle for numerous pursuits, administrative, billing and staffing decisions, leading strategy engagements and process improvement programs.

I had sales and delivery responsibilities on several Finance and HR Transformation engagements with Fortune 500 companies and United Nations. Working with very senior executives to develop thought capital necessary for Transformation Strategy. Additional responsibilities including: leading engagement delivery teams, participating in the sales cycle for numerous pursuits, administrative, billing and staffing decisions, leading strategy engagements and process improvement programs.

Started at a 50 employee operation that grew to 200+ employees as one of the fastest growing Pharmaceutical Companies in NJ. Reported to Director of Operations with responsibilities for all information systems across the enterprise. Company was sold to Shire Pharmaceuticals.
