Senior Program Manager, Talent Management
Current- Develop and execute operational processes (team roadmap, program view, rhythm of business calendar, review process) for Talent Management and DEI program launches, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with Internal Communications to establish approval flows, communications content alignment and tracking methodologies for Talent Management & DEI team communications for various audiences (all employees.
- Deliver clear timelines, roadmaps, and deliverables to support the DEI team in achieving quarterly OKRs as project management lead
- Drive critical DEI initiatives, including a Self-ID campaign with updated Workday selections, Inclusion Challenge, Organizational Health Reviews, and performance equity analysis through end-to-end project management.
- Project manage and pilot the promotions request process migration to Workday, collaborating with People Systems, Business Partners, and Compensation to streamline the Performance Rewards lifecycle and build learning.
- Establish reporting and tracking across Talent Management & DEI team by designing and developing a monthly impact report to measure program effectiveness and inform future team strategy with report insights
