I am Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management & Assurance Services at Lifepoint Health. In this role, I am responsible for operation and management of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, including setting direction and vision for program operations. I am also responsible for the development of assurance program activities, oversight of execution of activities, holding functions accountable for implementing action plans resulting from audit findings, and reporting on activities to executive management and the audit committee. In addition, I have responsibility for oversight of the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) program, and am responsible for ensuring the adequacy of the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
