• Served as the link between CRS, State Ministry of Health, Global Fund implementing Partners, and the State Central Medical Store (SCMS) to ensure commodities supplies to health facilities were seamless. • Supported partner health facilities in forecasting and quantification of malaria commodities and the submission of bi-monthly Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) reports by collecting, reviewing, synthesizing and transmitting data and information on commodity utilization by the health facilities into forecasting future needs.• Led the coordination of malaria and related health products supplies to health facilities to ensure appropriate and timely refill of facility commodities requirements based on bi-monthly facility stock reports submitted by facilities. • Ensured good malaria commodities management practices in line with Malaria Commodity Logistics System• Provided general technical assistance and strengthened the capacity of logistics personnel (state and LGAs) and other key malaria programme staff.• Supported and assisted in the management of malaria commodities at the State central medical stores and health facilities. • Supported State Central Medical Store (SCMS) and health facilities to prepare and submit accurate and timely inventory and stock status reports and ensured that the reports were used by the states to monitor and improve product availability• In collaboration with the States stakeholders, conducted physical inventory of malaria commodities in the SCMS on monthly basis.• Worked in close collaboration with the distribution service providers to ensure that health commodities were distributed to health facilities according to Good Distribution Practices and with updated track records of movement of the commodities• Represented CRS at all state level meetings like PSM-TWG, Implementing Partners Forum, etc.• Provided Technical assistance in the preparation of State Annual Operational Plan for Malaria program

Coordinated quarterly Monitoring and Supportive Supervision (MSV) of Malaria diagnostic activities in PMI/USAID-MAPS supported health facilities across all Local Government Areas in the State for Quality Assurance in Malaria microscopy and malaria RDT. Provided on-the-job training to healthcare workers on malaria diagnostics quality assurance and commodities management.
