As a founding member of the commercial organization I was responsible for both pre-launch market development and sales leadership for 8 Territory Business Managers in launching a first in class antibiotic (Xenleta) in both the hospital and community market for the Western US.As Expected in a start-up company I was instrumental in developing the infrastructure for the commercial organization, to include: Territory Alignment, TBM Competencies, CRM and Sales Training.Led the Western Region to achieve a number two ranking in sales results for both 2019 and 2020 (YTD) out of 8 regions nationally.
