RESPONSIBILITIES- Part of C-level direct report team & direct liaison between Digi CxO & Telenor Group to coordinate organizational strategy execution- Orchestrated Digi’s digital transformation across all divisions as part of Telenor’s 5 year strategy- Oversaw Digi’s innovation roadmap & company-wide employee culture adoption, including successful execution of Digi's first internal Hackathon event (Disrupt@Digi)- Prioritizing & managing all IT projects to be delivered within available annual capital expenditure & human resources

As part of Singtel Dash's founding team, responsible for driving mobile payments solutions, partner platform integration & implementation, project managing mobile payments commercialization in Singapore. The role includes end-to-end mobile payments user experience design in collaboration with retail partners, leading business readiness tests, coordinating with internal stakeholders in establishing standard operating processes.
