Overall Purpose: Responsible for conducting Data management, analysis and visualization within the Corporate Support Services Department.Some of my responsibilities include :- Data entry, cleaning, analysis and management in Microsoft Excel.- Identifying, and interpreting trends in complex datasets using statistical tools and techniques.- Designing and conducting data collection surveys on various HR functions- Data analysis and presentation to answer business questions to management.- Making periodical KPI and Key metrics reports on various unit functions. - Developing, updating and maintaining dashboards in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
