Have worked the last 20+ years in sales & marketing -- mostly for Ciba-Geigy/Novartis Animal Health; Animal Nutritional Products; NovaVive – An Immunobiology Company; Bock Vet Pharma; & Fee Technology. With all of these company, I introduced new companies and their products throughout the Midwest and Southeast USA – through direct contact, phones calls, faxes, e-mails and snail mail brings in new clients and always exceeding sales over the previous year. During this time I have built a professional relationship across my veterinary customer base, distribution, and co-promote colleagues to establish the companies as an innovator in the animal health industry. This required my persistence in learning to become an expert for the companies products as to there safety profile, efficacy, mode of action and all content on the prescribing information. Before getting into sales and market, I worked in animal health teaching (Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Parasitology & Introductory to Large Animals); parasitology field clinical development as well a product manager, parasitology drug development, and Agriculture Extension. All of my background experiences in animal health have helped me to develop a "Can-Do Attitude" knowing I cannot wait for something to happen -- I have to make it happen.
