I am a counsel in the Corporate and Investment Funds group and am based in Walkers' Singapore office. I specialize in advising private equity, venture capital and hedge fund managers on a spectrum of legal issues in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands through the use of companies, partnerships and trusts. My corporate practice involves regularly advising various private equity and public company clients across the APAC region with respect to mergers, acquisitions and disposals, equity capital raisings, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, US IPOs, SPACs, de-SPACs and general governance matters. In addition, my active funds practice involves advising private equity, venture capital and hedge fund managers on matters including the establishment, operation and restructuring of open-ended and closed-ended funds across a range of asset classes.
