Since the first day, Kenny’s presence, technical knowledge, work ethic, and user- and product-driven mindset have been invaluable to our team. Kenny is an incredibly talented software engineer. I was consistently impressed with his programming skills in C + + and Arduino and his ability to successfully interface software and hardware, such as when writing code to test hardware components and subsystems. Additionally, Kenny has an eagerness to learn new things and an ability to do so with little to no guidance. Some notable examples of this include when Kenny developed an Android app for the device on his own, implemented Bluetooth capabilities for the device, and created a database for the company’s web and mobile applications. Kenny was my go-to person for anything software related, including interviewing candidates, and I valued his opinion and expertise greatly when it came to making hiring decisions. Kenny is also an excellent team player and can communicate effectively with all levels of a company. In addition, Kenny has organizational and time management skills that are unmatched. For example, one thing that impressed me about Kenny was his ability to develop roadmaps for his individual tasks and projects, coupled with regular project health updates and status reports. He could always be trusted to complete tasks in a timely manner and produce high-quality deliverables. To go along with those deliverables, Kenny always documented his work, a few examples being flowcharts, architecture diagrams, spreadsheets, and clear write-ups. I believe that Kenny is one of the most hard-working and reliable software engineers. He comes to work with a positive attitude and is fun to work with. As a team lead, I greatly appreciated how he made me feel confident that our project was in good hands and on the right track. Any software team would be lucky to have Kenny, and I’m excited to see where the future takes him." and "Kenny was a full stack developer with us with strong coordination and soft skills.
