As a business director and co-founder at MOJU Design Studio, I lead the business strategies, finance, marketing, and human resources of a start-up architecture firm based in Jakarta. We have secured multiple projects in various sectors, such as residential, commercial, hospitality, and public spaces, working efficiently with a modest budget and a team of three partners.I also run a family-operated business, Martabak Pecenongan 43, that serves traditional Indonesian street food. I oversee the general management, store operations, finance, and marketing of four branches and twenty-three employees. I have scaled the business from one to four branches across the city, improved the business management, and developed strategic planning, multiplying the company's profits in the process.I have a bachelor's degree in architecture from Universitas Tarumanagara and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in business analytics from Imperial College Business School. I have a keen interest in early child development and co-founded Toonas, a social enterprise that aimed to initiate sustainable child development through cross-disciplinary practices.
