With a passion for education that spans over three decades, I've had the privilege of contributing to the development of educational institutions in both India and Bhutan. Since 1989, my journey has been one of continuous growth, encompassing diverse roles that have enriched my professional and personal life.In the early years of my career, I played a pivotal role in establishing the educational infrastructure of an entire school. As Campus Incharge for a residential school for three years, I honed my leadership skills while fostering a nurturing learning environment.My teaching experience extends across primary, secondary, and higher secondary grades in India and Bhutan. I've not only imparted knowledge but also served as a mentor, training apprentice teachers to ensure the next generation of educators is well-equipped.Stepping into the role of Head of the Mathematics Department in a Government school under the Royal Government of Bhutan, I embraced the responsibility with dedication. Simultaneously, my enthusiasm for sports led me to contribute as a cricket coach, further connecting with students beyond the classroom.My commitment to environmental sustainability is evident in initiatives like organizing a plantation drive in Bhutan, where I personally planted over a thousand trees. Additionally, I undertook a personal project to revive a dying greenhouse, transforming it into a thriving fruit orchard and nursery.My decade-long service as a teacher employed by the government of Bhutan was recognized with the prestigious Royal Social Service Award, presented by the King of Bhutan. This acknowledgment fuels my dedication to education and community service.Adaptable, creative, and result-oriented, I approach challenges with a forward-thinking mindset, always seeking innovative solutions for the betterment of the organization.
