Utilized Tableau as the BI platform and aided in developing charts to meet client needs. Primary tester for business analytics product(s) and created the entire framework for the regression testing. This includes performance related testing, integration testing, and system testing frameworks.Lead the transition for development to move to a test driven development (TDD) process which enhanced the speed and efficiency of defects found. Documented hundreds of user stories and defect cases using a bug tracking system (Rally) to report defects and enhancements quickly to the development team.

Designed and maintained automated test scripts using Quick-Test Professional and Test Complete for desktop applications. I created over 1,500 scripts for automation saving hours of manual testing time. Maintained and repaired an automation database consisting of over 5,000 scripts. Reviewed software requirements documentation and built over 1,000 test cases.Primary relational database used was SQL for black box testing on a point of sale software system to determine potential defects. Heavily involved in the Integration, Regression, and System testing in a highly iterative development environment. Used Mercury Test-Director for monitoring defect tracking and maintained close working relationships with Development and Customer Service to Identify and resolve client issues quickly and scheduled testing according to release priorities. Also worked closely with development finding creative solutions for client issues.
